In the UK, our greenfield projects are designed to deliver tangible environmental benefits. We ensure our large-scale projects achieve a minimum of 10% biodiversity net gain, ensuring that nature not only coexists with renewable energy developments but also thrives—leaving the environment in a better state than we found it.

We prioritise low-grade agricultural land to reduce disruption to valuable ecosystems and implement robust mitigation strategies when working in more ecologically important areas. We conduct comprehensive habitat surveys to assess site ecology, establish a baseline for biodiversity improvements, and ensure our projects contribute positively to the natural environment. Our designs incorporate biodiversity-friendly measures such as buffer zones, wildlife corridors, and habitat restoration to support local flora and fauna.
