Barry Matthews
Managing Director

Barry has 20 years’ experience in energy, including at E.ON, Vattenfall and Green Investment Group (GIG), with over 14 years working in renewable projects. At Vattenfall, Barry was responsible for all onshore construction projects, with a GW-sized construction pipeline. Prior to this, Barry led a team of over 30 commercial professionals across Europe, working in renewable projects.

Will Wason
Country Manager

Will has over 25 years’ experience in the energy industry in technical, project management and leadership roles across onshore wind, offshore wind, solar PV, battery, geothermal and oil & gas. Will has constructed around 4 GW of onshore and offshore wind projects over the last 15 years. He has worked in North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.

Emily Bull
Development Manager

With a strong environmental science background, Emily has worked as a renewables project manager for over 7 years. Emily’s holistic approach to developing Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), solar PV and battery projects has yielded tremendous results, with a GW-pipeline of projects currently in development or operation.

Imogen Shapland
GIS Manager

Imogen is an environmental specialist with expertise in GIS (Geographic information systems), biodiversity and ecosystem services. Imogen was previously a senior environmental consultant, responsible for automating the GIS processes and project management. Imogen is our in-house GIS expert, with responsibility for geospatial data.

Bradley Thompson-Etchell
Land Manager

Following a career in traditional land agency and estate management, Bradley has been involved in the development of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), across multiple technologies, particularly solar PV and battery projects across the UK. His experience enables him to forge long-term working relationships with landowners.

Benjie Nesbitt
Land Manager

Benjie comes from a rural background in the Home Counties, where he started his career as a land agent. He moved into strategic land promotion before joining a national house builder. With over 10 years of experience in land acquisition, site finding, agreement negotiation, planning and project management, he understands the wants and needs of landowners and their families.

Neil Carter
Finance Manager

Neil is a chartered global management accountant with 18 years of experience in the energy sector, including 13 years in renewables and sustainability. He has worked for Vattenfall, Total Energies and South Pole, with achievements including a project controlling the Kentish Flats Extension Offshore Wind Farm and the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre. Neil has also led finance transformation initiatives at South Pole and Vattenfall Heat UK.
