Strong community engagement is essential to the success of our business, and we strive to have a positive societal impact throughout our business activities.
We work closely with a range of local stakeholders, such as farmers, landowners and hunting clubs to support and contribute to the local communities in which we have a presence. In developing new projects, we are committed to safeguarding local communities, protecting the environment and respecting the rights and cultural heritage of indigenous peoples, such as the Sámi. The use of local workforce and businesses are prioritised in construction and business activities where possible.
We also contribute to local communities in the form of community funds, taxes and targeted projects to support communities throughout the lifecycle of our assets.

We are a long-term supporter of the Lundin Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on strategic community investments that pave the way for long-term economic prosperity. Measured across a range of programs, these investments positively impact communities, small businesses and social and environmental innovations across the globe.
